Policies and Procedures

Appointments:
We recommend that appointments be made in advance so that we are able to accommodate your specific scheduling requests. A major credit card is required to hold all appointments.
Cancellation Policy:
Due to high demand for appointments, we require 24 hour notice when cancelling an appointment. There is a 50% charge for cancellations made less than 24 hours and “no-shows”.
Payment:
Payment is due at the conclusion of your session. Alpenglow Massage accepts, cash, check or credit card. Although gratuity is not required, it is most appreciated.
Professional Boundaries:
Alpenglow Massage adheres to a strict Code of Ethics. The type of massage that is offered at Alpenglow Massage is non-sexual. Any attempt to make the session sexual or inappropriate will result in immediate termination of the session and the client/therapist relationship. Full payment will be due for the session.
Late Arrivals:
As always, please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. In the event that you are a late arrival, your massage may still end at the scheduled time in order not to interfere with following appointments.
